Delete your account

1. Open the Zemeromo app and sign in.
2. Go to Settings and choose Delete account.
3. Read what will happen, type the word the app asks for to confirm, and tap Delete my account.

• Your name, username, photo and bio.
• Your email and sign-in, so you cannot sign back in.
• Your favourites, the people you follow, and the link between you and your listening history.
• Your team memberships.

• Purchase records, with your name removed. Artists are paid from them, so they cannot be erased.

Hand admin rights to another member, or delete the team, before you delete your account. The app tells you which teams need this.

Artist accounts are closed on request, so your music, earnings and cards can be settled first. Choose Request deletion in the app and we will close the account once that is done.

If you cannot sign in to delete your account, contact us from the email address you used to sign up and we will help.
